T&D Stringing Readiness

9 Projects · excl. 514FY Apr '25 → Mar '26
What this dashboard shows: It uses tower erection completion dates to estimate which sections are ready for stringing. A section is "ready" when ALL its towers are erected. This is an estimate only — true stringing readiness also depends on conductor availability, insulator fitment, ROW clearance, etc.

1 Readiness Snapshot Global filters

Changes with month/project filters. Shows how much is ready based on tower erection.

Towers Erected Monthly — Suspension vs Angle

Each bar = towers erected that month. Blue = suspension, purple = angle. Labels show total / angle count.

3 Section Readiness Matrix Global filters

Month-on-month

% Towers Complete = completed towers ÷ total towers. % Sections Stringable = fully-ready sections ÷ total sections. Responds to project filter.

4 Angle Tower Impact Analysis Own filters

Isolates the effect of angle tower non-readiness on the Erection Completion basis. Has its own month slider below — independent of the filters above.

5 Milestone Turnaround Analysis Own filters

Avg days between milestones

Average days between milestone completions, grouped by tower type. Independent filters below — does not follow the global As-On / Project filters.

6 Turnaround Trend Over Time Own filters

Monthly avg days trend

Average turnaround days by month (based on the "To" activity date). Shows whether cycle times are improving or degrading over time. A flat overall average can hide a worsening or improving trend.
